License Terms for Digital Products and Services
The following terms apply to all digital products and services offered through cyberskamp.com. By purchasing a product or service, you agree to these terms. All digital content is licensed, not sold. Your right of use arises only after full payment has been received.
General Provisions
Private use – All digital products and services (3D models, music files, program templates, playlists, and streams) may only be used for private purposes. Commercial or public use is not permitted.
Non-transferable license – The license is personal to you. You may not sell, give away, rent, or otherwise transfer it to third parties.
No file sharing – Digital files may not be copied, distributed, shared, exchanged, or made publicly available.
Modifications – Modifications are permitted only for private use. Any modification or processing for distribution or resale is prohibited.
Copyright – Copyright remains with the provider. You only acquire a right of use within the scope of these terms.
Breach and loss of rights – If you violate these license terms, your right of use terminates without any entitlement to a refund.
Availability – For streaming services, there is no entitlement to permanent availability. Content may be removed, blocked, or changed for legal or technical reasons.
Exclusion of withdrawal right – For digital products made available immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal expires when performance of the contract begins.
Combined products (download and streaming) – If content is provided both as a download and via streaming (e.g. playlists), the rules for digital products and digital services apply cumulatively. In case of doubt, the stricter restriction applies.
Specific License Terms
3D Models for Printing
Allowed: You may print the purchased 3D models and use the printed objects for private purposes. You may share photos of your 3D prints on social media or private websites, provided you do not provide the digital files or make them available to third parties.
Not allowed: Any commercial use is prohibited. Neither the 3D models nor the resulting prints may be sold, rented, or otherwise used commercially. It is also prohibited to transfer, sell, or provide the digital files to third parties. In addition, you may not modify the files in order to distribute or resell them publicly.
Songs (Music Files)
Allowed: You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license for private use of the music tracks on your own devices. Copying or converting for use on your own devices is permitted as long as there is no sharing.
Not allowed: Any commercial use is prohibited. The music may not be used in advertising materials, videos, podcasts, apps, public events, or any other commercial projects. You may not transfer, sell, or make the music files publicly available. Use in extreme political, religious, violence-glorifying, or unlawful content is also prohibited.
Program Templates (Code Templates)
Allowed: You may use the templates to create your own software or web projects for private purposes and adapt the templates for your private use. You may store copies of adapted projects on your own devices for personal use.
Not allowed: Commercial use is prohibited. Using the templates or derivative works in commercial products or services is not permitted. Redistribution or sublicensing is also prohibited. You may not distribute the templates, whether original or modified, nor grant usage rights to third parties.
Digital Services: Online Video Courses
Allowed: By purchasing a video course, you receive a personal right to stream the content through your user account. You may take notes for private use and stream the content as often as you like while it is available.
Not allowed: Sharing access is prohibited. Stream access is tied to your personal account and may not be shared or sold. Downloading, recording, or copying video content is prohibited. Public playback or presentation of the content, including as part of commercial events, is also prohibited.
Combined Product/Service: Playlists (Streaming and Download)
Allowed: By purchasing a playlist, you receive a personal right to stream it through your user account. Where a download is offered for a playlist, you may additionally download the provided audio files and play them offline on your own devices for private purposes. Technically required adaptations, such as converting to another file format or creating a private offline library, are permitted as long as no sharing takes place.
Not allowed: Sharing streaming access is prohibited. Streaming access is tied to your personal account and may not be shared, jointly used, sold, or transferred to others. You may not transfer, upload, publicly provide, exchange, give away, or sell downloaded playlist files to third parties. Any commercial or public use is also prohibited. Playlist content may not be played publicly or used to provide background sound for rooms, events, streams, videos, advertising, apps, or other projects. Any further licensing is prohibited. You may not grant third parties usage rights to playlist content or present it as your own.
Final Provisions
These license terms are governed by German copyright law. If individual clauses are invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. Amendments must be made in writing.
