This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through cyberskamp.com and the “Cyberskamp” mobile app. We sell digital products for download and digital services (such as video courses and music player/streaming access) worldwide. Physical goods are 3D-printed items. At present, physical shipments are primarily offered within Europe, but we may expand shipping regions in the future. This policy is intended to be globally applicable and is subject to mandatory consumer protection laws. Where mandatory local law grants you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights prevail.
We do not offer returns or refunds for digital products or digital services. Please review the product description, previews and feature details carefully before purchasing. Once a digital item is made available, downloaded, accessed, unlocked or used, performance is considered to have started and the purchase is treated as final. Where applicable law provides a cancellation right for digital content only until performance begins, you acknowledge that you request immediate performance and that your cancellation right ends when performance starts, to the extent legally permitted. This does not affect any non-excludable rights you may have in case of defective delivery, missing access or other mandatory consumer remedies. You may return physical 3D-printed products within 14 days after you receive the goods, provided the item is in a condition that allows inspection and reasonable reusability. You must contact us before sending any return so we can coordinate the return process and provide the correct return instructions. Proof of purchase is required for any return, such as an invoice or order confirmation. We do not charge a restocking fee. Sale, clearance and discounted items are eligible for return under the same conditions.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the purchase price paid for the product, but as a general rule we do not refund the original shipping charges. If mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires us to refund standard outbound shipping or provide broader refunds, we will comply with those legal requirements. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless mandatory rules require otherwise.

Our physical products are 3D-printed items. 3D printing is a layer-by-layer manufacturing process and minor dimensional tolerances, slight surface texture (such as fine layer lines), small visual variations or minor irregularities can occur and are typical for this production method. These minor, typical characteristics are not considered defects on their own and do not automatically qualify for a return. We aim for high quality, but the key standard is whether the product materially matches the description and performs its stated function.
If a physical product arrives broken, suffers shipping damage, fails under normal intended use shortly after delivery or cannot perform the described function due to a manufacturing issue or shipping-related damage, you may be eligible for a return and refund in accordance with mandatory law and this policy. Please contact us promptly in such cases and, where possible, keep photos of the issue and the original packaging so we can assess the claim.
If an item is personalized or made to customer specifications, it is generally non-returnable to the extent permitted by applicable law. We accept returns of personalized items only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage not caused by the customer. If the customer provided incorrect personalization details, such as a wrong name, spelling or selection, this is not a valid reason for a return or refund.
We do not offer a separate repair service and we do not provide an additional voluntary manufacturer’s warranty as an independent guarantee promise. Any mandatory statutory rights and consumer remedies remain unaffected and apply regardless of this policy.
